*Clients will be asked to participate in customer satisfaction and experience surveys. Success stories and experiences from early adopters will be used in future Food Connex Cloud marketing material. Clients will also be asked to participate in the Food Connex Cloud community; this community will be focused on new features and capabilities to advance the Food Connex Cloud product.
**Setup Charges are due with signed agreement. Usage fees are due when Food Connex Cloud login information is emailed to the customer. Transaction fees begin on the 91st day after contract signing and billed on the anniversary each following month. Pre-Paid Transaction Bundles must be purchased before that date, when a bundle is exhausted billing will resume at the regular rate as if the next invoice was number 001 in the transaction fee schedule.
