 Weights are fed directly into the Food Connex Cloud order management system from the scale, where they are compared to acceptable tolerances for the product.  If a problem is detected, they are notified immediately.  When it’s time for the warehouse manager to review the order, a shipping summary report shows deviation from the standard weight. This way he can spot when a customer might be getting the right number of items but not the right weight they’re looking for.
