Our March Food Connex Cloud update featured the release of the Food Connex Cloud Customer Portal, an online order entry and account management tool that Food Connex Cloud users are now able to offer to their clients. This powerful new capability was developed with the assistance of George Web Restaurants. We asked them about the impact of a new customer order entry solution, they responded:
"We worked with the Food Connex Cloud Team in implementing their new Customer Order Entry Module. We are now 2 weeks into the deployment and we are already seeing our internal productivity improve, cost savings from manual in-house order entry, as well as now giving our Customers the vehicle to manage their own accounts with us. We are now pushing it out to all our customers and are looking forward to more productivity gains for us and our customers." Katie McMurry of George Webb.
