We're constantly working to make Food Connex Cloud even better, and feedback from our customers is critical to this process.  We recently asked Kalimar Maia of A & H Seafood Market to participate in an Intuit Review of Food Connex Cloud to give us some feedback.  Here's how he rated us and what he had to say:

"Being able to dispatch using cloud based software has been very helpful.  It brings a lot more flexibility to our company.  We now have the ability to generate PDFs to print, fax or email.  This allows us to send order acknowledgments to customers immediately.

That same flexibility can turn into a challenge as your employees are presented with multiple ways to do their work.  Management needs to decide on the proper procedure then focus training.  Rebecca and the support team have been very helpful with this, she's awesome.

We love the order entry and the bubble. We're definitely able to enter orders faster now and with fewer errors than we we through QuickBooks POS.  Everybody appreciates the power of the bubble, whether to look at last quantities purchased or last price paid.

We're also seeing improvements in the warehouse.  We've increased the number of orders and the warehouse is able to keep up and now even has time to put the shipping confirmations into the systems, someone else used to have to do that.

We're seeing steady growth from our company and Food Connex Cloud is a component of that."

Along with the praise Kalimar also provided us with input on where we could improve Food Connex Cloud's service offering:  Add Ipad and Iphone support, further refine the shipping process, and enhance the functionality of the Self-Help support ticket system.  We'll keep working with Kalimar so that our next review will be 5 out of 5 stars.
