JACS Produce LLC becomes Food Connex Cloud early adopter number 29.

Looks forward to food inventory management with integrated purchasing.

JACS Produce LLC has selected Food Connex Cloud as the inventory management, order entry and purchasing solution for their food business.  When asked about his decision Gregg Anthony, owner, said:

"We looked at Food Connex Cloud early on (October of 2009), but we wanted a complete solution that included purchasing.  Now that Food Connex Cloud includes a purchasing solution along with the inventory capabilities to handle broken case items we're eager to get started."

When we asked for a little more insight into the trouble he'd been having with broken case he offered:

 "In QuickBooks if you wanted to sell one can instead of a whole case, you'd have to put in a fraction of the case like '0.25'.  There was just way too much chance of under or overcharging a customer or making a mistake (like putting 0.25 in when there are 6 cans to a case).  We'd spend as much time double checking the invoice as we did inputting the invoice." "
