"I brought on two new salespeople to increase sales.  They've done a tremendous job increasing penetration in our market and sales have already increased by 50% in 2010.  We project this will continue with a 100% increase in year to year sales by the end of 2010.  We hit a crisis state a few months ago where we weren't going to be able to keep up with the growth.

QuickBooks was becoming a burden.  We had one person trying to keep up with the increased order volume and it just wasn't going to work.
